I usually just feed my kids whatever I am eating. That usually means I plan meals that are easy for them to eat without my help. Both of my kids are picky eaters so it really depends on the day. Some things that they like to snack on that they are pretty consistent with are bananas, grapes, raisins, and just plain old bread. There is always mac and cheese too and I would rather have home made than the boxed stuff and if you make it yourself, you can make it healthier.
Same with what Katelyn said. Jax eats a lot of yogurt and those other things she mentioned. Jax is so picky though. So it;s so hard. Sometimes I feel like he is eating nothing ! He hates almost everything. But we are hoping to change that soon with a reward system. He gets some bites of icecream when he finishes his potatoes or carrots. Try graham crackers, string cheese, spaghettios. Sometimes we have to sit there an hour with him and force feed him until its gone. It sounds rude, but the kid needs to eat! It's hard! Good luck!
